I started my career as a Full Stack Web Developer at Insix and was promoted to Lead Software Developer after 1 and a half years. In this role, I have had the opportunity to mentor and train co-op students and junior developers to work efficiently with our clients. While fulfilling this responsibility, I also continue to work full-time as a developer, focusing on logistics customers. I have extensive experience in building a range of tools, including conveyor applications and delivery websites.
As a Full Stack Web Developer and Support Technician, I am responsible for designing and implementing a cross-platform web application to enable the company’s drivers to track packages with ease. The development process involves the use of mobile camera and Google GPS technology to ensure compatibility with both iOS and Android devices. I have expertise in both front-end and back-end development, and I build the software from scratch without relying on any frameworks.
In addition to web development, I also provide technical support to internal staff by resolving computer and technology-related problems. This includes setting up cloud services such as Microsoft 365 applications, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams. I manage servers, internet switches, access points, configure barcode scanners, and offer IT solutions to the company’s challenges.
Furthermore, I also interact directly with our clients’ customers to address any issues they may have with APIs or while using our applications.
