I have a year of experience as 1st Tier Technical Support and was promoted to Tier 4 Technical Support the following year. During my time in this role, I have worked with clients such as Rogers, Eset, Windstream, Virgin Media (UK), and Microsoft.

My responsibilities in this role were diverse and included tasks such as computer optimization, virus removal, setting up computer networks, and selling subscription-based services.

To resolve customer issues, I used a combination of phone support and LogMeIn Rescue to remotely connect to their computers

Technologies Mainly Used: LogMeIn, VoIP, Virus Removal Software, Outlook
